Discover Oncology is part of the Discover journal series committed to providing a streamlined submission process, rapid review and publication, and a high level of author service at every stage. Discover Oncology is a fully open access general oncology journal that aims to provide a unified forum for researchers and clinicians. The journal spans from basic and translational science, through to preclinical, clinical, and epidemiology, and welcomes content that interfaces at all levels of cancer research. Topics Discover Oncology covers topics including, but not limited to, cancer causation and the underlying biology of disease, the molecular interactions between genes, hormones, the immune system and the metabolism, screening and prevention, diagnosis and treatment, prognostication, novel therapeutic agents and clinical trials. All cancer types, including benign tumors, will be considered for publication. Content Types Discover Oncology welcomes Research, Reviews, Perspectives, Comments, Brief Communications, Case Reports, Case Studies, Clinical Trials, Registered Reports, and Data Notes from across the full range of disciplines concerned with cancer research. The journal also publishes guest edited Topical Collections of relevance to all aspects of cancer research to allow readers to quickly identify research on subject areas of especial interest to them.
